Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refund requests for loc extensions,  hair care products,  mannequins, afro kinky human hair, crochet needles, wholesale loc extensions, classes,  or services. We do not offer exchanges or store credits. 

If you need to make changes to an existing order of loc extensions that has not been shipped, please contact us at Mukisalocs@gmail.com within 48 hours of submitting your payment.  Please note that we do not accept or honor requests for changes beyond the 48 hour window.  Additional fees may apply depending on the changes made to your order.  

In the event of an appointment cancelation on our end, we will refund your service deposit. Please note that we are not liable for any fees incurred by airline tickets,  hotel or Airbnb reservations,  car rentals,  or ride sharing apps including Uber and Lyft.
