Refund Policy


We accept return requests for our loc extensions within 7 days of a confirmed delivery.  To be eligible for a return, the loc extensions must be color 1b off black,  and no longer than 12 inches in length. The loc extensions must be unaltered (ie not previously installed; without changes to the color, texture, scent, length, size, quantity, or appearance), and in the original packaging.  Please email your request to Mukisalocs@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" , and a detailed description for the return in the body of the email.  Include the full name and order number associated with the purchase. Once the details of your order have been confirmed by us via email, please ship our loc extensions to the following address:

The loc extensions must be shipped to our address by the 7th day after your order delivery. Please send us an email with the new tracking number, as well as a picture of the package showing the sender and recipient address. Once the package is received and inspected we will contact you with confirmation.  If the loc extensions have been returned in the original condition a refund will be issued via the payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the details of your refund.  Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to post to your account.  

Disclaimer: requests and submissions beyond the 7 day window will not be eligible for a refund. All custom colors of loc extensions (ie ombre combinations, #4, #33, #30, #27, #613, & #39), as well as loc lengths beyond 12 inches are ineligible for a refund. All the steps outlined above must be followed in order to receive a refund. Shipping fees are not included in our return policy. If the package is lost in transit or we do not receive it, no refund will be issued. 

We do not accept returns or refund requests for hair care products,  mannequins, afro kinky human hair,  classes,  or services. We do not offer exchanges or store credits. 

If you need to make changes to an existing order of loc extensions that has not been shipped, please contact us at Mukisalocs@gmail.com within 48 hours of submitting your payment.  Please note that we do not accept or honor requests for changes beyond the 48 hour window.  Additional fees may apply depending on the changes made to your order.  

In the event of an appointment cancelation on our end, we will refund your service deposit. Please note that we are not liable for any fees incurred by airline tickets,  hotel or Airbnb reservations,  car rentals,  or ride sharing apps including Uber and Lyft.
